Leca® BLOK Acoustic BL AQ22KKS, 22 cm wide, is a top quality expanded clay concrete product made of natural raw materials. It has been designed to meet the latest requirements for the parameters of walls separating heated rooms from unheated ones in multi-family residential buildings, at the same time keeping the partition as thin as possible and minimising the costs of its construction. The innovative way of designing and the structure of the block allows for filling it with 4 cm thick pressed mineral wool with a very good lambda coefficient of 0.039 W/mK during the construction. The block features high vapour-permeability, thus preventing the formation of mould and fungi, thereby improving residents' living conditions. Suitable for construction, partition and infill walls. But its main use is for load-bearing or infill walls separating living facilities from staircases and corridors in multi-family housing. The product is an innovative solution that has revolutionised the property developer market. The major advantage of this block is its thickness, that is 22 cm, which increases the usable area of multi-family buildings, while keeping the development area and appropriate acoustic (Rw=58dB), thermal (U=0.858 W/(m2K) and fire resistance (REI 180) parameters.
The product has been registered in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and received the number P.43661.
