BLOKmur ZMTE-10 mortar for clinker and concrete elevation products CJ Blok® is a factory-prepared mortar based on selected aggregates, high quality cements, volcanic tuff (trass) and additives, which is ready to use after adding water. BLOKmur ZMTE-10 is used as a masonry mortar for facing walls, also in three-layer walls with the use of CJ Blok® construction products such as: hollow blocks, bricks and elevation hollow blocks (split and ground face). Thanks to the trass content, the mortar minimizes the risk of lime efflorescence, the source of which is free lime contained in the cements used for construction, as well as in bricks or the substrate. The addition of trass improves flexibility, adhesion and tightness of the mortar. The mortar is designed for masonry on both an empty and full joint of 7 to 20 mm thickness.A 25 kg bag of mortar combined with max. 3.5 l of water, produces approx. 18 l of mortar. The mortar is coloured in mass and is available in 5 different colours (orange, grey, sand, old white, anthracite). For reasons of colour repeatability, bags from the same production batch should be used.
