Product description and its use

CJ Blok^® concrete foundation hollow block ALFA type is a product of very good durability. Particularly used in single-family housing. It is perfect for building basement and foundation walls of buildings, retaining walls and fences. The construction is carried out using traditional mortar. Large dimension of the hollow block makes the erection of walls much faster than using traditional materials. The hollow block contains air voids that keep the room warm for longer than a regular concrete block. The ALFA hollow block has some cavities in the upper part, while it is sealed from below. This facilitates masonry works, because the mortar is applied to the sealed part of the unit, which prevents it from falling into the air voids. The correct and tight construction of the wall and the use of moisture insulation allows you to avoid water getting into the hollow block’s holes. The foundation hollow block has excellent fire resistance and smooth outer surface. The unit weight of PBF-24/12.5 is lower than that of PBF-24, thus transporting more PBF-24/12.5 hollow blocks.
